I have mediated numerous family law parenting plans and dissolution property settlements in Omaha since 1995. I have been affiliated with the Douglas County Conciliation Court since the passage of District Court Rule 4.3 which mandates mediation of Parenting Plans in cases involving children. My practice has always focused on matrimonial law and I believe that mediated settlements are always preferable to litigation for most families. I have practiced Family Law in Omaha for 33 years. I am a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a certified mediator in that organization. I have practiced in a Collaborative Divorce practice group for the past five years and remain a member of the steering committee
