Madison County, Judge Robert B. Ensz

Criminal:  Count I: First degree murder; Count II: Use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony; and Count III: Witness tampering

Proceedings below:  Appellant was found guilty by a jury of the above crimes. He was sentenced on Count I: life imprisonment; Count II: 10 to 20 years, Count III: 1 to 2 years. Sentences on Counts II and III were ordered to be served consecutive to each other and Count I. Credit was given for time served.
