The goal of the judicial discipline process, through the Judicial Qualifications Commission, is to protect the public, the profession and our system of justice from unethical conduct of judges. The conduct of Nebraska judges must comport to the standards outlined in the Code of Judicial Conduct as adopted by the Nebraska Supreme Court.
