Human Resources

The Director of the Office of Trial Court Services works to foster innovation and effectiveness in the courts through the use of information, technical assistance and project support services. The Trial Court Services Director serves as program or project lead, and provides technical assistance with the administrative functions of the county courts, separate juvenile courts and district courts Examples include case management and workflow, court facility planning, fee and fine collection, coordination of interpreter services, development of court performance measures, and review of policies and procedures.

The Trial Court Services Director also provides support to all parts of the Administrative Office of the Courts through close association with Mediation, Problem Solving Courts, Facilities and Security, and Special Projects.
