Appellate Court Offices

The two public offices which directly serve the Nebraska Supreme Court and Court of Appeals are the Clerk of the Appellate Courts and the Reporter of Decisions.

The Reporter of Decisions edits and publishes the judicial decisions of the appellate courts in Nebraska. For current opinions or subscriptions, click here.

The Clerk of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals maintains the case flow, rules, and committee listings of the appellate courts.  Individuals wishing to find out about the status of a case should check the Opinions , the Supreme Court ‘Court Call’ or the Court of Appeals 'Court Call' or phone the Clerks office.
