Opinion Posting for Web Site: The slip opinions and lists released by the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Nebraska Court of Appeals in the last 90 days are posted on the internet in full text. The Supreme Court opinions, which are filed at 8 a.m. on Friday, and the Court of Appeals opinions, which are filed at 8 a.m. Tuesday, are posted to this site some time between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Central Time) on the day on which they are released.
Pursuant to Neb. Ct. R. App. P. §§ 2-102E(3) and 2-112, the only official version of the opinions of the Nebraska Supreme Court and the Nebraska Court of Appeals appears in the bound volumes of the Nebraska Reports and the Nebraska Appellate Reports.
Yearly subscriptions to the Nebraska Advance Sheets and Decisions of the Nebraska Court of Appeals are available:
