Lincoln

June 11, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. in the Court of Appeals Courtroom, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska.

North Platte/Kearney

June 12, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. in the U.S. District Court Courtroom, 300 East 3^rd Street, North Platte, Nebraska or in the City Council Chambers, 2^nd Floor, 18 East 22^nd Street, Kearney, Nebraska.

June 13, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in the U.S. District Court Courtroom, 300 East 3^rd Street, North Platte, Nebraska or in the City Council Chambers, 2^nd Floor, 18 East 22^nd Street, Kearney, Nebraska.

Please notify the Clerk’s Office in writing by May 7, 2013, if you have a conflict on a date.  NOTE:  This deadline date will be strictly enforced.  If you can’t argue at any time during the session, ask the Court to continue the case by stipulation or by motion and proof of service.  You must show cause for the continuance.

AFTER THE CASES HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED ON THE CALL, CASES WILL NOT BE CONTINUED EXCEPT UPON A SHOWING OF URGENT NECESSITY.

Blue color means case has been added to the Proposed Call since the initial posting.
