Scope and Effective Date
Printer-friendly versionThese rules for the District Court of the Third Judicial District (the court) shall become effective upon approval by the Supreme Court and publication in the Nebraska Advance Sheets and shall supplement the Uniform District Court Rules of Practice and Procedure adopted by the Supreme Court.
Approved effective September 29, 1995.
