Rule 6-1. Journal Entries
Printer-friendly versionIt shall be the duty of the party directed by a Court to promptly prepare the proper journal entry, order, judgment, or decree. The proposed journal entry, order, judgment, or decree shall be submitted to opposing counsel for approval as to form and submitted to the Court for its signature within 10 days.
