Scope and Effective Date
Printer-friendly versionThese rules for the district court of the Ninth Judicial District shall become effective upon approval by the Supreme Court and publication in the Nebraska Advance Sheets and shall supplement the Uniform District Court Rules of Practice and Procedure adopted by the Supreme Court.
Approved effective October 27, 1995.
