Rule 10-20. Interpreters
Printer-friendly versionIt is the duty of defense counsel to notify the clerk of the district court 10 days prior to any hearing of the need for an interpreter for the defendant or any of its witnesses. If the county attorney needs an interpreter for its witnesses, it shall notify the clerk of the district court within 10 days prior to any hearing.
