My job with the Concord Center has provided me the opportunity to work with a diverse group of parents and families. I have been trained to conduct Pre-Hearing Facilitations and Family Group Conferences. I have completed training for Specialized Alternative Dispute Resolution which has helped me to be a better facilitator/mediator with high conflict cases. My backround prior to Concord Center was directing an in-home family based program and foster care program for Boys Town which has given me the clinical background to work with parents, families and their youth.
