The Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation is taking applications for an Administrative Secretary. This is highly responsible administrative support and secretarial work for the Administrative Office of the Courts and Probation. The Administrative Secretary services as receptionist, typist, file and order clerk and record keeper. The Administrative Secretary must be dependable, organized with the ability to work independently, capable of meeting deadlines and able to communicate with a variety of people. Qualifications include thorough knowledge of secretarial practices and procedures, excellent people skills, some administrative secretarial or general secretarial experience in a law or business office, and computer experience.
