Proceedings below: A jury found Appellant guilty of the above crime. He was sentenced 3 to 6 years in prison. The Court of Appeals affirmed in a memorandum opinion. See State v. Bryan Van Richardson, A-11-0921 (October 2, 2012). Appellant filed a Petition for Further Review which was granted by the Nebraska Supreme Court.

Issues on Review: The lower court erred in admitting into evidence the weight of the cocaine over Appellant’s objections.
