LINCOLN--The public hearing of the Judicial Nominating Commission for County Court in the 5th Judicial District, which had previously been scheduled for February 21, 2013, has been rescheduled.

The public hearing will now be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, beginning at 1:30 p.m. in the County Court Courtroom of the Saunders County Law Enforcement and Judicial Center, 387 N. Chestnut St., in Wahoo, Nebraska.  The Commission will review all applicants for the office at that time.

The public is welcome to attend the hearing and present information concerning candidates for the judicial opening.
