As a State Senator, I was the sponsor of the original Parenting Act. I have mediated parenting cases under the original act and also mediated civil litigation matters. I am a co-founder of the Public Issues Collaboration Initiative at the Werner Institute and founded Nebraska Solutions LLC which is dedicated to using collaborative processes to solve vexing public issues.
