Target Population: |
Offenders who lack life stabilization and are disengaged (chronic or situational) in multiple areas (family, school, employment, housing), resulting in criminal activity often associated to substance abuse. Felony Offenders as an adjunct to intensive supervision and as a pre-parole program for prison inmates. |

Work Ethic including offender work detail and employment readiness, Short- Term Substance Abuse Residential Treatment, Education, Cognitive Groups and Community Transition. |
