Action Taken by Trial Court:  A jury found Appellant guilty of all four charged offenses. The district court then sentenced Appellant to an aggregate term of imprisonment of 58 to 82 years.

Assignments of Error on Appeal:  Appellant alleges that he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel when counsel failed to file a motion to suppress statements he made at the time of his arrest; failed to recall the State’s primary witness against Appellant concerning the veracity of his testimony; failed to call either alibi witnesses or other witnesses of the shooting to testify; failed to suppress evidence of marijuana found in Appellant’s mother’s home; and failed to have Appellant’s mental health evaluated prior to trial.
