§ 1-208. Court reporting personnel acting when another judge presides.
Printer-friendly versionUnless otherwise directed by the appointing judge, court reporting personnel shall serve as such in all matters heard by another judge when acting in place of the appointing judge, and shall perform in relation to such matters all the duties required by law or these rules.
