§ 3-113. Bar commission; administration of oaths; power of subpoena.
Printer-friendly versionEach member of the bar commission is hereby authorized to administer oaths in any proceeding before the bar commission on matters relative thereto, and has power in such matters to subpoena witnesses and take depositions.
