§ 3-319. Termination of disciplinary proceedings.
Printer-friendly versionNeither unwillingness nor neglect of the Complainant to sign a Grievance or to assist in the prosecution of the Complaint, nor settlement, compromise, or restitution, shall, in itself, justify termination of any disciplinary proceedings.
