§ 3-810. Ethical standards.
Printer-friendly versionEffective September 1, 2005, the ethical standards relating to the practice of law in this State shall be the Nebraska Rules of Professional Conduct as adopted by the Nebraska Supreme Court on June 8, 2005, together with such amendments and additions thereto as may from time to time be approved by the Supreme Court of Nebraska.
Rule 10 amended July 13, 2005, effective September 1, 2005. Renumbered and codified as § 3-810, effective July 18, 2008.
