§ 4-301. Form of pleadings.
Printer-friendly versionA petition for grandparent visitation pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-1803 shall be so captioned and shall contain the information required by statute. In other respects, the form of the petition and the form of all subsequent pleadings shall comply with the Nebraska Rules of Pleading in Civil Actions.
Adopted June 25, 1986; amended December 11, 2002. Renumbered and codified as § 4‑301, effective July 18, 2008.
