§ 6-1302. Definitions.
Printer-friendly versionFor purposes of this rule, non-probation-based programs and services shall mean those programs and services defined and authorized by Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 29-2246(12) and 29-2252(16) which are operating pursuant to an interlocal agreement with state probation.
