Jeff Jennings, new Chief Probation Officer for the Second Judicial District, was sworn-in Thursday, December 17, 2020, in the Sarpy County District Courtroom by Judge Nathan Cox.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most attendees participated virtually. Those in the courtroom were Presiding Judge Nathan Cox, State Probation Administrator Deborah Minardi, the District 2 Probation Management Team, and Jennings’ immediate family members.

The ceremony offered a unique opportunity for probation staff across the state to attend via live streaming.

Jennings replaces former Second Judicial District Chief Probation Officer Jodi York who retired in October 2020.
