My affiliation with the Concord Mediation Center and the Nebraska Mediation Center has provided me the opportunity to work with a diverse group of parents and families. I have been trained to conduct Pre-Hearing Facilitations and Family Group Conferences. I have completed training for Specialized Alternative Dispute Resolution which has helped me to be a better facilitator/mediator with high conflict cases. I am also trained to facilitate Victim Youth Conferences and do restorative justice cases.
