Proceedings below:  The Nebraska Department of Labor Appeal Tribunal found Appellee was disqualified from unemployment insurance benefits for fourteen (14) weeks, and on appeal, the district court affirmed this decision.   On its own motion, the Supreme Court ordered this case to be transferred from the docket of the Court of Appeals to its docket.

Issues:  Appellant makes the following assignment of error:  1) The District Court erred as a matter of fact and law in finding that claimant-appellant committed disqualifying misconduct in connection with her employment.
