Proceedings Below: David G. Metzler filed a complaint in the district court for Sarpy County to dissolve his marriage with Mary L. Metzler. Although David is a Nebraska resident, Mary has never traveled to Nebraska. Mary filed a motion to dismiss David’s complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, personal jurisdiction, and for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The district court granted Mary’s motion to dismiss. David appeals.
