Civil Action: Modification of Dissolution Decree
Trial Court’s Actions: The district court entered an order that denied Robert and Jennie’s requests to modify their dissolution decree as it related to child custody, child support obligations, and parenting time. Instead, the court ordered the parties to be flexible. The court went on to order Jennie to allow Robert a nightly phone call with his children. Last, the court awarded Jennie a $1,500 attorney fee.
Assignments of Error: Robert assigns, consolidated and restated, the district court erred (1) by failing to grant him joint physical custody or modify his parenting time, (2) and in awarding attorney fees in the amount of $1,500.
