The following cases may be scheduled for oral argument before the Nebraska Court of Appeals to be heard on June 11, 2024, in the Court of Appeals Courtroom, Lincoln, Nebraska. If you are an attorney and have a conflict on a specific date, please notify the Clerk’s Office in letter form via e-filing by selecting the "Notice of Conflicts with Call" option. Box 98910, Lincoln, NE 68509.  Conflicts must be received by May 8, 2024.  This deadline date will be strictly enforced.  If you cannot argue at any time during the session, please file a stipulation or motion to continue.  You must show cause for the continuance.
