The listed links include various services the Nebraska Judicial Branch offers to attorneys, businesses, and the general public, from trial case searches to legal education approval.

 

JUSTICE Case Search - available to Nebraska.gov subscribers.

Attorney e-Services - offered through Nebraska.gov that contains a collection of links to Nebraska government services.

e-Payment - tickets, fines for civil, criminal and juvenile cases.

JUSTICE One-Time Court Case Search - $15 per search for cases in the JUSTICE Trial Court Case Management System.

JUSTICE Restricted Page - for employees of the court system. This page will be moving into our new site in the coming months.

MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) - for attorneys to track mandatory legal education requirements.

Self-Help Center - for pro se litigants (people who represent themselves in a court without traditional counsel present) that need forms to fill out.

Registered Service Providers - online registered service providers.

Trial Court Case Calendar Search (iOS) (Android) - search participating county and district courts for upcoming cases and the dates they're occurring. Information is populated through the JUSTICE Case Management System.

Parenting Mediation Portal - the system to register as a parenting mediator and to submit biennial reports.
